Dr. Kaushik Mandal
Cardiac Surgeon | Medical Educator | Healthcare Innovator
Dr. Kaushik Mandal is a renowned cardiac surgeon, medical educator, and healthcare innovator with a mission to make quality healthcare accessible to all. His expertise spans across cardiac surgery, public health, and healthcare management, gained through extensive training at some of the world’s most prestigious institutions.
Educational Background & Training
Dr. Mandal earned his MBBS and MS from the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, one of India’s most prestigious medical institutions. He further pursued an MD from the University of London, UK, followed by a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Additionally, he trained in health finance, management, and leadership at Johns Hopkins and Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
His postgraduate surgical training took him across India, the UK, and the USA, where he trained at leading hospitals, including St. George’s Hospital, St. Mary’s Hospital, and Guys and St. Thomas’ Hospital in London. He later moved to the Johns Hopkins Hospital in the US, serving as Chief Resident in Cardiac Surgery, before completing a specialized fellowship in robotic and minimally invasive heart surgery at the East Carolina Heart Institute, North Carolina.

Dr. Mandal is currently an Attending Cardiac Surgeon and Director of Quality at Brown University Health Medical Group. He also leads groundbreaking healthcare innovations as the CEO & Chairman of the Board of Directors at CoRisma MCS Inc.
Driven by a passion for healthcare equity and innovation, he founded this AI-powered free medical consultancy platform to help individuals—especially those in underserved regions of India—gain access to reliable, expert healthcare guidance at no cost. His vision is to bridge the healthcare gap and ensure that no one is deprived of essential medical advice due to financial or geographical constraints.

Sudipto Goswami

Sudipto Goswami is a seasoned technology leader and digital transformation expert with over 25 years of experience in software product management, including 10+ years at the executive management level in multinational corporations. As the Founder of Paras Infotech Solutions, he has been instrumental in driving business growth, technology innovation, and digitalization strategies across industries.
Sudipto has a proven track record of conceptualizing and executing successful digital solutions, particularly in business process automation, infrastructure digitalization, and engineering applications. His ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions has led to the rapid transformation of startups into profitable ventures, many of which are now established industry leaders.
His expertise spans education technology, API development for engineering applications, and digital transformation of infrastructure workflows using Building Information Modelling (BIM) & Digital Twins. His work has had a significant impact across North America and Asia, helping organizations optimize design processes, enhance automation, and achieve operational efficiency.
Sudipto also specializes in new product development and integrating technologies with intersecting functionalities. He has led and successfully implemented SCAMPI for Level-5 CMMI for product development, ensuring high standards of quality and process improvement in software development.
With his extensive experience in strategic planning, business growth, and cutting-edge technology implementation, Sudipto plays a key role in shaping this AI-driven healthcare platform’s technology vision, innovation roadmap, and digital infrastructure.
